What is NLP, Hypnois, & Hypnotherapy?

Neurolinguistics Programming
Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP for short) is the study of human optimal human behavior and how to effortlessly achieve the life you want by copying the behaviors, habits, routines, thoughts, inner voice, and outer dialog of successful people in their field.
Â
NLP offers you the ability to affect your neurochemistry (Self Directed Neuroplasticity) by using simple techniques, physiologically and linguistically, to naturally create new beliefs, habits, behaviors, and internal drive.
Â
Because NLP is also the study and use of specific techniques involving language, you'll learn about your own internal words and language patterns you use that directly impacts your behaviors, habits, and routines.
Â
Since you understand this, isn't it easy to also understand how our internal voice's words can also affect us?
Â
It is easy to understand, is it not?
Clinical Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy
What's your experience with hypnosis?Â
If it's anything like our other clients, it's usually what you've seen in movies or on stages, isn't it?
Â
Hypnotherapy is a remerging therapeutic modality and has sound science to explain why it works so well.
Â
During Hypnosis, the left side of the brain (logic, reasoning, analysis) quiets down and the right side of the brain (creativity, imagination, abstract thought) opens up and becomes a catalyst for suggestion.
Â
With the critical part of your brain quiet, your mind is open to suggestions such as "Yes you CAN do this." and "You ARE capable" instead of the part you are used to hearing that says "No you really can't."
Â
When you are given suggestions during hypnosis, you have a much higher chance of believing the suggestion as though it is true rather than questioning whether it is or isn't.Â
Â
This means that if you wanted to lose weight, for example, the mere suggestion of no longer having food cravings and only wanting to eat healthy food will resound as true for you, without taking into question whether that is really how you felt; instead, the suggestion itself becomes your new belief and habit!
