Let Go Of Grief or Loss
Do you wish you could let go of your grief or feelings of loss without having to speak about the experience?
We are not therapists or licensed counselors - meaning we cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat a severe mental health disorder. However, unlike traditional therapy we are capable of helping you to release the burden of emotion without you having to discuss your past.
We call this, "content-free" change work - meaning that the grief or loss is never discussed outside of a few simple questions and then the healing can begin to take place.
During our session, you'll feel safe, secure, and comfortable as we use various techniques to release the emotional tie to parts of your past without stripping the memory of it.
This means you'll be able to think of those points in your past, keeping all that you've learned from the experience, and yet the unwanted feelings associated with it will be gone, leaving you feeling free, light, and with a new sense of clarity.
